In Buryatia, archers launched the marathon “Olympic Arrows of Buryatia”

The Archery Federation of Buryatia launched the marathon “Olympic Arrows of Buryatia”. As part of the event, meetings are held in the regions with future champion archers, classes, master classes from eminent athletes, the press service of the Ministry of Sports of Buryatia reports.

To date, a close-knit team of the Federation has already visited several villages in the Selenginsky, Dzhidinsky and Zakamensky districts. Meetings with future shooters were held in various formats, including demonstration performances and inspection of sports facilities for training, master classes, conversations with famous archers. Various competitions are also organized among children.

As noted in the profile Federation, this project is not only a unique opportunity to exchange experience and search for new talents, but also an opportunity to visit the farthest corners of the republic, where archery is being developed.

There are plans to visit seven more districts, including Kyakhta, Kizhinga, Oka and others.
