Police are still unable to identify the man found in the seaside town more than three months ago.
The man, believed to be between 40 and 50 years old, was found in Weymouth, Dorset on 28 September. He was found near the embankment, but he cannot say who he is or where he came from.
Although the officers conducted a number of investigations, including checking missing persons reports with other police forces, they did not come close to establishing any further information about the man.
Dorset police say he speaks with an Eastern European accent and his native language is Latvian, writes the Guardian.
