A branch of the Novosibirsk popular network of fitness clubs HAMMER FIT has closed in Barnaul. The owners of annual subscriptions tried to return the funds, but faced difficulties.
A resident of Barnaul Valentina Shipulina visited the hall with her husband and child. She said that her family had already been denied payment for an annual subscription, despite the fact that it was supposed to expire only in August.
According to her calculations, the fitness club should return more than nine thousand rubles to her family. However, in a telephone conversation, the employees of the institution insisted on a smaller amount.
“When I called the indicated number, they explained to me that the first month costs 2600 rubles, the second – 1700 rubles, and as a result we no longer have money on the balance sheet, but this is some kind of strange calculation system,” leads the words of the client “Tolk”.
The woman notes that other clients have had similar problems. She wrote a complaint and intends to go to court.
The closure of a branch of the Novosibirsk network of fitness clubs HAMMER FIT in the Galaxy SEC in Barnaul became known on May 30. Clients came to the classes, but they could not get inside – the doors of the club were closed. At the same time, according to them, no one warned about the termination of the activity of the hall or the change of the schedule. Now the site contains information that the branch is temporarily closed. The reasons are not reported.
