The military commissar of the Republic of Adygea Alexander Averin said that the plan for partial mobilization was fulfilled in the region. According to him, three commands were received. They were fully formed and sent for training.
According to the military commissar, one team is a brigade of material support, and also drivers. They, according to the combat training plan, do not undergo combat coordination. This category is sent to the special operation zone in Ukraine on Wednesday.
Earlier, mobilization activities were completed in the Crimea. At the same time, the timing of the completion of partial mobilization throughout Russia was not disclosed. This was announced by the Deputy Military Commissar of Moscow, Colonel Maxim Loktev. He also explained why in some regions, for example, in the Crimea, mobilization activities have already been completed. According to Moscow’s deputy military commissar, this is due to the size of the population: “there are far fewer citizens who are in reserve” there than in the capital.
On September 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on a partial mobilization in the country. As Minister of Defense Sergei Shoigu pointed out, 300,000 people are subject to conscription from the reserve. This corresponds to 1.1% of the country’s total mobilization potential, which the head of the military department estimated at 25 million people.
