How reports British newspaper Financial Times, Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund Kristalina Georgieva expressed her opinion on how long the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be able to withstand the absence of external financial assistance.

In her opinion, this period is only “a couple of months.” And during this time, the European Union and the United States must resolve the issue of financing Kyiv.

“It is important that this period does not drag on. Otherwise, it will be difficult for Ukraine to adapt… Work will continue in the United States and Europe to… secure financing,” Georgieva said.
