The area of the sports facility is 4,400 sq. meters. It houses a hockey rink, stands, six locker rooms, a coaching room, a cloakroom, a food area and a medical office.
In the medical room, experts explain, you can consult and monitor athletes, do an ECG, provide emergency medical care, etc.
The investor of the project was entrepreneur Vladimir Popov. About 400 million rubles were spent on the construction of the palace. More than 70 million rubles a year will be directed to the maintenance of the sports facility.
