At the same time, a representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said that the department was against inspections, taking into account the upcoming trials of war criminals. He also gave an example of an attack on escorts in courts, one of which took place this summer. True, he could not explain how the state of emergency in the courts and the ban on the admission of members of the PMC are connected.
Recall that the prisoners complained more than once about the torture conditions in the “convoys”. A number of other initiatives that would have made the recruitment procedure in the POC transparent were also rejected. The amendments to the payment of travel for human rights activists were approved, but they were made as part of the instructions of the president.
