Houthis claim a direct hit on an American tanker in the Gulf of Aden
How reports Al Masirah agency, the military representative of the rebel Ansar Allah movement, Yahya Saria, confirmed a direct missile hit on the American tanker Chem Ranger in the Gulf of Aden.
Earlier, the Houthis said they carried out a third attack on a US-flagged vessel in the Red Sea using several anti-ship missiles.
“The Yemeni navy conducted a targeted operation against an American vessel (Chem Ranger) in the Gulf of Aden and suffered a direct hit,” Saria said.
