A close friend and godfather of Drozdov, Nikas Safronov, told MK about the well-being of the TV presenter, as well as about how he surprised the doctors.
– Literally only an hour ago I talked with Nikolai Nikolaevich, he is already better, – says Nikas. The doctors are doing everything they can to get him better as soon as possible. Thank God, he has no concussion – only fractures. Recovery is going according to plan. Nikolai Nikolaevich does not lose heart. He is under close medical attention. Lying in a single room. An assistant is at his side around the clock.
“At first, he did not tell anyone that he was in the hospital,” Nikas continues. – Drozdov is a modest, delicate person. Didn’t want to burden anyone. I offered him help with doctors, hospital. He refused. “In no case, Nikas, do not bother anyone. I’m fine,” he told me.
In the hospital, Drozdov fulfills all the prescriptions of doctors. By the way, he surprised the doctors with a strange trick. Usually patients, while being treated in a hospital, watch TV around the clock. Nikolai Nikolaevich, oddly enough, refused to watch TV.
– He does not watch TV in principle, – continues Nikas. – He’s got a full day. procedures, medications. He communicates a lot, talking on the phone with relatives and friends. Unfortunately, due to the epidemic, no one is allowed to see him. But I will still try to visit him in the coming days.
