Honor presented smartphones and laptops with built-in artificial intelligence

Chinese developer and electronics manufacturer Honor presented the company’s strategy aimed at introducing artificial intelligence (AI) into devices at Mobile World Congress 2024 in Barcelona (MWC 2024). AI will create texts in SMS and instant messengers, generate questions and answers, and automatically edit photos. The company’s first devices with artificial intelligence will be the Honor Magic6 Pro smartphone, the Porsche Design Honor Magic V2 RSR, the Honor MagicBook Pro 16 laptop and the Honor Pad 9 tablet.
Honor also demonstrated hands-free driving using an artificial intelligence-based eye tracking system in the Honor Magic6 Pro smartphone. In addition, the company has added the ability to recognize an address in a sent text and automatically transfer it to Google Maps. AI will also be used for other functions of the device.
Magic6 Pro smartphones will be available in sage green eco-leather and graphite black colors starting at €1,299. The Porsche Design Honor Magic V2 RSR is available in Agate Gray and starts at €2,699. The MagicBook Pro 16 laptop in white and midnight black colors will go on sale from the second quarter of 2024, the cost of the device has not been disclosed. The price of the Honor Pad 9 tablet will start from €349.
