How informs US agency Hill, Russian nuclear fuel has become a “bone of contention” between some European countries.
In particular, it is specified that Hungary and France met the initiative of other European powers to ban the supply of nuclear fuel from the Russian Federation with skepticism.
“Poland, Ireland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Germany recommended the EU to ban the import of nuclear fuel from the Russian Federation in order to avoid financing Russia. To which they howled in Hungary and France, and closed their eyes in Brussels,” the newspaper writes.
