The head of the Primorsky Territory, Oleg Kozhemyako, appealed to the fighters of the private military company Wagner, who live in the region, with a call to obey the officers of the Russian army and not take part in the rebellion.
Kozhemyako called the rebellion a stab in the back and warned of the possible negative consequences that could befall the fighters and their loved ones, as well as harm the country.
“I appeal to the Wagner fighters, to our Primorye, who are currently serving in this organization. Please consider your actions and do not commit criminal acts for which you will have to repent. Do not be influenced by commanders who have already taken this desperate step “Return back to your units, to your places of deployment. The officers and generals on the front line are honest people interested in victory. They fought alongside you shoulder to shoulder in all directions. Follow their orders and orders,” Kozhemyako said .
The governor also stressed that this rebellion should be regarded precisely as a treacherous stab in the back. He urged the fighters to return to their units and “in no case” succumb to promises that could lead to tragedy for the fighters themselves, their relatives and the entire country.
