It was reported that the 86-year-old TV presenter was admitted to the hospital due to deterioration of his health against the background of cancer diagnosed in him. Drozdov’s wife has already denied her husband’s hospitalization. And Drozdov’s close friend, the famous artist Konstantin Miroshnik, in a conversation with MK correspondents, told the truth about his well-being.

“Nikolai Nikolaevich is on his way to the doctor now,” says Miroshnik. “I literally just talked to him.” We have an amazing friend – a dentist. Nikolai Nikolaevich’s wife needs to have her teeth fixed, so he accompanies her.

“As for the diagnoses that have been voiced lately, these are all fictions,” continues Miroshnik. – Nikolai Nikolaevich doesn’t even know what they write about him, because he doesn’t go on the Internet and doesn’t read anything about himself. It happens, of course, that someone from the outside will tell him, then he begins to worry. But we try to protect him from this. Because we understand: now is the time. Journalists need sensations that they create on the people they love. We have many famous personalities. And those who are truly loved by the people are very few. Nikolai Nikolaevich is just one of those people – people adore him. That’s why there are constant rumors about him.
