Hampshire Live: Woman finds remains of mysterious creature while walking dog

Julie Barker, a resident of the British county of Hampshire, discovered the remains of a mysterious creature when she was walking her dog. This is reported portal Hampshire live.

A mysterious find was found on the beach in the city of Gosport. According to the woman, the dog found her. The owner of the dog claims that she initially thought that the remains belonged to a stingray or a seahorse, since the body looked more like cartilage than a skeleton of bones. In addition, the British noted the appearance of the remains of the creature’s skin – it was very wrinkled and dry.

Julie Barker posted a photo of a mystical creature on the social network. Commentators have not been able to identify who owned the remains found by the dog during his lifetime. However, many users agreed that the skeleton belongs to some kind of sea creature.

Hampshire Wildlife Trust marine biologist Tim Ferrero said the skeleton actually belongs to a stingray or seahorse. Nevertheless, the specialist added that the found body had fins bitten off or cut off.
