Hamas frees two more hostages from captivity

Hamas has released two more hostages held in the Gaza Strip. About it reported in the Telegram channel of the Palestinian group.

It is clarified that their names are Nurit Yitzhak and Yocheved Lifshitz. The women were released through the mediation of Egypt and Qatar.

Hamas said Israel allegedly refused to accept them. The militants noted that they released two people “for humanitarian reasons.” MENA Agency reportsthat the women have already reached the Rafah checkpoint, which is located on the border of Egypt and the Gaza Strip.

According to a source in the Gaza Strip, Israel has not carried out airstrikes in the region for the past few hours to allow Red Cross workers to reach Gaza safely.
