Half of Russians were opposed to influenza vaccination

Thus, 25% of respondents are convinced of the need to revaccinate against influenza annually, 51% oppose it. Men were more likely to be in favor of vaccination than women – 27% versus 22%. Also, respondents over 45 (29%) are more likely to support vaccination than young people under 34 (24%).
Influenza vaccination is currently organized by 42% of Russian companies. Another 7%, in order to avoid an outbreak of the disease, transfer staff to a remote location, 7% force employees to wear masks and use antiseptics. 6% of companies purchased vitamins for employees, 4% reported that they comply with all the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and Rospotrebnadzor, 3% carry out sanitation and ask employees to wear gloves.
At the same time, every fourth company reported that they were not taking any measures against the spread of influenza. Service notes that overall, the use of many prevention measures has declined over the past year.
