The project of the Judo Federation of Russia “My first judo belt” is currently being implemented in all regions of Russia. Its task is to introduce schoolchildren to the basics of judo, to involve children in sports.
For children, coaches conduct 10 judo lessons in the school gym. At the end of the classes, the student is awarded a white belt and a certificate, and the organizers and the coach are given letters of thanks from the Russian Judo Federation.
The Perm Territory takes an active part in the implementation of the educational project. So, we have already completed an introductory course at a secondary school in the village of Nozhovka, Chastinsky district. On February 17, a solemn ceremony took place here. Now the guys can already consciously enroll in the nearest sports school.
“Children of five grades of elementary school, including first-graders, were presented with personalized certificates and belts,” said Yakov Huseynov, President of the Judo Federation of the Perm Territory. – For them, it was a joyful event and an incentive on the way to great sporting achievements. I thank the coach Vladimir Andreev for training the children and the director of the school Irina Sannikova for her assistance in the implementation of the project.”
