12 years have passed since the death of Lyudmila Gurchenko. After herself, the legendary actress left an impressive legacy. Part of the property went to her widower Sergei Senin. And the other part went to the granddaughter Elena Koroleva. She became the owner of the luxurious dacha of the actress, where she liked to relax in her spare time from filming.

Not so long ago, the Queen decided to sell the famous grandmother’s dacha. But it turned out to be difficult to do so. The real estate market has been oversaturated since last year. Therefore, the Queen still cannot find a buyer for a house in the Moscow region.

Dacha Gurchenko is located in the village of Glagolevo. On a plot of ten acres there is a house of 150 squares. The fact that the actress has suburban real estate, during her lifetime, few knew.

“Lyudmila Markovna hid the dacha not only from fans, but even from close relatives,” says a close friend of Gurchenko’s granddaughter, singer Prokhor Chaliapin. – Lena found out about her existence only after the death of the actress. She really wants to sell the dacha, but she can’t do it yet.

Gurchenko’s granddaughter asks for 16 million rubles for the house and plot. She was sure that a buyer would be found quickly. But it turned out to be much more problematic. After the start of the CBO, there were much more offers on the Moscow real estate market than buyers.

“In our time, this is quite decent money,” Chaliapin continues. – Due to the failed situation in the real estate market, people throw off some objects with big discounts. The market is overheated: a lot has been built. That is, there are many offers, but there are much fewer buyers. Although the place is wonderful. Some very serious and influential person lives in this SNT. Thanks to him, the village has a good road, gas, and water… A wonderful dacha. I myself would not refuse such a house. It is small, but very cozy, brick. You can live in it both in winter and in summer. And there is even a registration.

According to Chaliapin, if Gurchenko spent a lot of time at the dacha, then her granddaughter is not too attracted to such a pastime.

“I once tried to accustom Lena to the earth,” says Chaliapin. – I gave her a shovel in her hands – I wanted her to dig up the garden. She dripped twice and that’s it.

Prokhor assures that recently there have been changes in the life of Gurchenko’s granddaughter. Elena slowly comes to her senses after a break with a young man and the loss of a child. She cleaned up her apartment, where cockroaches used to live, and began to make plans for her future life.

“Lena has exhausted all living creatures,” Chaliapin smiles. – But it is not Lena herself who is to blame for the appearance of cockroaches and Prussians, but her neighbors. They are very unreliable. From them, all the insects crawled into Lena’s apartment. But now there is nothing, because she completely disinfected everything there. No one lives in the apartment, except for herself and her daughter.
