Grossi re-elected as IAEA Director General

At a conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on Monday, Rafael Mariano Grossi was reappointed as the organization’s director general. This decision was made unanimously by all participants of the event.

“I am honored to take up this position again. We face many significant challenges today, and I am fully committed to continuing to do everything in my power to fulfill the IAEA’s important mission in support of global peace and development,” Grossi said .
