On March 16, the Donetsk People’s Republic wrestling championship in the Greco-Roman wrestling discipline took place in Snezhny. This was reported by the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Tourism of the DPR.
The sporting event brought together more than a hundred participants under the age of 18 from Donetsk, Snezhny, Torez, Mariupol and the Volnovakha municipal district.
In the overall team competition, first place was won by Donetsk, second by Mariupol, and third by the team from Snezhny.
A total of 48 medals were awarded: 12 gold, 12 silver and 24 bronze.
