Governor of the Kursk Region Roman Starovoyt took part in the All-Russian Triathlon Lesson Day. The head of the region gave a lecture to high school students at school No. 60 named after the Heroes of the Battle of Kursk.

He said that he started doing triathlon six years ago. Over the years, Roman Starovoyt participated in competitions in Kazan, St. Petersburg and Barcelona. I prepared for the “iron” distance for a year and a half, training every day for 2-3 hours.

The governor also shared with schoolchildren the secrets that help him overcome distances.

On October 2, the first children’s triathlon section in the Kursk region will open at school No. 60. It will be hosted by Kursk athlete Natalya Kostrikina.
