Earlier, Yevgeny Prigozhin, mentioning the Sverdlovsk region and the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, claimed that some regional officials “imagined themselves to be the owners of the territories.” “Hence the bureaucracy, hence the corruption, hence the complete chaos,” summed up the head of the PMC.

He argued that there are regions that “frankly crap and do not support the NWO.” Among them, he mentioned St. Petersburg, which, according to him, “it is not known on which side he is fighting.”

Speaking about “lawlessness”, Yevgeny Prigozhin also cited Yekaterinburg as an example, where “there is a scandalous story with the museum of the history of the city, which was convicted of discrediting the Russian army.” We are probably talking about Alexei Orlov, director of the Museum of the History of the City. In December last year, Yevgeny Prigozhin called on Yekaterinburg Mayor Alexei Orlov to fire Igor Pushkarev from his post, claiming that he opposed the military operation. The mayor didn’t do it. At the end of December 2022, a protocol was drawn up against Igor Pushkarev under Art. 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation) for a post on social networks about the start of a special operation.
