Amber lights up the columnFans of Japanese and Pan-Asian cuisine can rejoice – a new and very worthy place has appeared in Moscow. Restaurant Amber (from English – “amber”) is located at the very beginning of Tsvetnoy Boulevard. To find the entrance to the restaurant, which has no sign, allows a luminous column that looks like amber, but is actually made of Himalayan salt. By the way, if the restaurant is full, then the column stops glowing. The restaurant was opened by Anton Pinsky and Dmitry Romanov in tandem: this is their second joint project after Folk, a restaurant of new Caucasian cuisine located next door. Amber looks like a Japanese jewelry box: even floor-to-ceiling windows made of textured glass do not give out which city is outside the window. A complete break from reality! Choose a place to your liking: at the large table to the left of the entrance, against the wall of Himalayan salt, at the bar where you can watch the cooking, or at separate tables along the bar and on the sofas. “Only fire and ice is all it takes to make the best products become real delicacies,” say the founders …
