Just a difficult sushi bar In touch again Patricks with a new format, which, at first glance, may seem like an eatery (unfortunately, in Moscow it is not customary to pay attention to such places), but in fact it is worthwhile. Kaido (Japanese for “sea route”) is a sushi bar located at the entrance to the Gusto grocery store. Upon closer examination, it turns out that chilled tuna arrives here every Thursday not from anywhere, but straight from Japan, and scallop, sea urchins, oysters and salmon come from Vladivostok and Murmansk. The menu is deliberately simple, without author’s bells and whistles and is centered around fresh seafood. There is a decent section of raw fish here. There is Chilean scallop carpaccio, Murmansk salmon tartare with scorched avocado, akame tuna tartare (low-fat part of it is the back). What is important: the product is not masked here under an abundance of sauce to hide the quality, there is no need for this – everything is fresh.
