This bill includes a number of amendments that complete this work on pesticides. We can now revoke licenses issued to pesticide manufacturers and those who sell them if they did not provide samples and methods for the detection of these pesticides, but it took quite a long time. Lisovsky urged to move on. In many countries, more than forty types of pesticides are banned, which are still used in Russia.

I didn’t think I’d have to write about it. And least of all I expected from Yaroslav Nilov.

Radical animal rights activists are illiterate and aggressive people. I never had a dialogue with them. The deputy had the opportunity to listen to other animal rights activists and representatives of the Russian Cynological Federation. I could also ask the senators Andrei Klishas or Vladimir Lebedev, who are seriously engaged in dog breeding. He preferred to broadcast chronic lies on the Duma rostrum.

The cynologist and zoopsychologist Maria Sotskaya was surprised at the resuscitation of a sore subject and once again said in a commentary for the MP that master dogs thrown out into the street cannot join a stray pack. They are either eaten, or picked up by other people, or they die under the wheels. Flocks are formed from wild reproduction with huge losses. And domestic dogs are more often stolen, quickly castrated and blackmailed by their owners. Keeping in a shelter is worse than euthanasia.

Vet clinics are reluctant to go for such a procedure and only in cases of an incurable disease. Usually, the dog is given a sleeping pill first, then a muscle relaxant. In parallel with the fight against dogs in Russia, the United States is increasing the production of dogs with hybrid dysgenesis. It is difficult to keep them in the house due to inappropriate behavior and illness.

In a large system of a complexly subordinate world, it is both difficult and important to determine the scale and source of the threat.
