Golikova instructed to work out a ban on abortion for minors without the consent of their parents

Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova instructed the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation to work out the issue of the advisability of introducing a ban on abortion for minors (aged 15-18 years) without the consent of their parents. This follows from the minutes of the meeting of the Council under the government on issues of guardianship in the social sphere.
The Deputy Prime Minister instructed to work out issues and submit proposals on this issue: on the advisability of introducing a ban on abortion for underage girls aged 15-18 without the consent of their parents (or legal representatives).
The document also proposes to think about approving a unified procedure for conducting pre-abortion psychological counseling.
