Golf in Tatarstan is developing with the support of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan

Today, August 21, President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the XII charity golf tournament for the Cup of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, which was held on the territory of the Sviyazhsky Hills golf club, Tatar-inform news agency reports.
He noted that golf is actively developing in the republic. A new golf academy is opened, a second specialized golf course has been built. Next year, this tournament will be held, including at the new site.
The charity tournament was held in two stages. On the first day, an individual tournament was organized, on the second – a team stage. At the end of each day, a drawing of three prizes was held and commemorative prizes were awarded for victories in special nominations.
All funds raised are used to support the “House of Ronald McDonald”, which has now become a charitable foundation “Family Together”. It should be reminded that the Foundation maintains a free family hotel for parents whose children undergo long-term treatment at the Children’s Clinical Hospital.
