Global warming, pandemics and wars are the main risks for the next 10 years

The first face-to-face World Economic Forum in Davos (WEF) since 2019 is traditionally accompanied by the publication of many reports on global issues. The authors of the most comprehensive report, the Global Risks Report, make a forecast based on both emerging and emerging trends. The authors consider the problems associated with climate change to be the main risk for the period up to 2033. This is associated with the risks of destruction of ecosystems, natural disasters and the boundaries of the development of a green economy, the contradictions between the food security of mankind and the conservation of ecosystems.
Threats to human health, the labor market, and national health systems in the form of global epidemics and the long-term consequences they cause are named as the second most important risk.
And only in the 3rd place in terms of significance and danger in the perspective of 10 years is war in the narrow and broad sense (for example, economic wars) and a decrease in the level of security. But this problem has come to the fore in 2022 and threatens global militarization.
Russian organizations were not involved in the preparation of the report, and there is no Russian official delegation among those invited to the forum.
