Governor of the Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov, commenting on Telegram, his night visit to the Grayvoronsky urban district, which had previously been attacked by Ukrainian troops, explained the need to evacuate the residents of the village of Kozinka.
The head of the region clarified that he personally toured the villages of Gora-Podol, Glotovo, Kozinka after the Ukrainian Armed Forces attack to assess the situation and see for himself that there were no Ukrainian troops in the region. Gladkov noted that the village of Kozinka suffered the most, which is why the decision was made to evacuate local residents.
“Our Kozinka suffered greatly, the destruction is very serious. Together with the territorial self-defense fighters and the priest, we took the residents to a safe place and, if desired, we will send them to their relatives or to a temporary accommodation center,” wrote Vyacheslav Gladkov.
