Gladkov reported four casualties per day due to shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces

On October 1, in the Belgorod region, four people were injured as a result of attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. About it reported regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov in his Telegram channel.
A resident of the village of Bogun-Gorodok received a concussion and barotrauma after the Ukrainian Armed Forces dropped an improvised explosive device from a quadcopter onto a private residential building. The man sought medical help on his own and was taken to a hospital in Belgorod.
Three more people were injured as a result of shelling at Shebekino. A woman received shrapnel wounds to her neck, and two men received shrapnel wounds to her legs. They were also taken to a hospital in Belgorod.
In just one day, the Ukrainian Armed Forces fired 100 shells across the territory of the Belgorod region. Also in Zhuravlevka, one fragmentation munition was dropped from a drone. The most active shelling from Ukraine was carried out on the Babka farm in the Valuysky urban district – 41 shells from the MLRS and four mortar shells were recorded. There were no casualties or destruction.
Earlier today Gladkov reported about the shelling of the village of Kozinka. One of the shells pierced the roof of a private residential building; as a result, no one was injured. In addition, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation on October 2 reported about the interception of a drone over the Belgorod region. The incident occurred at 09:00 Moscow time, the governor has not yet commented on it.
In the Belgorod region, a high (“yellow”) level of terrorist threat remains in effect indefinitely. Since October 19, 2022, by decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin, a medium level of response has been established in the region.
