On the night of May 7, the village of Spodaryushino, Belgorod Region, came under shelling from Ukraine, there were no casualties, but there was damage to the gas pipeline and power lines, informed Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov in his Telegram channel.
He also specified that one house was seriously damaged as a result of the attack.
“Tonight, the village of Spodaryushino, Graivoronsky urban district, came under the shelling of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Most importantly, there were no casualties. One private household was badly damaged: a wall was destroyed, windows were smashed and the roof was cut,” Gladkov wrote, adding that the head of the district and operational and emergency services arrived at the scene of the shelling to eliminate the consequences.
May 6 the head of the region informed about one victim as a result of the shelling of the city of Shebekino. According to him, the Ukrainian military shelled the city center from barrel artillery, the man received shrapnel wounds to the chest and right shoulder, his condition was assessed as serious. ⠀
“There are two direct hits on the building of the shopping center and school, the roofs are badly damaged, there are also arrivals on the territory of one of the industrial enterprises. 5 cars were hit, ”Gladkov wrote.
Now in the Belgorod region there is a “yellow” level of terrorist danger. In addition, since October 19, 2022, the region has also introduced a “medium response” mode. In addition to the Belgorod region, such a regime has been established in seven other regions – Crimea, Krasnodar Territory, Sevastopol, Kursk, Voronezh, Bryansk and Rostov regions.
