Citizens who owe all sorts of debts, from alimony to traffic police fines, rushed to repeat the trick that the director of the Federal Bailiff Service, Dmitry Aristov, shared with citizens. A representative of the supervisory agency said that on the State Services portal, data on the progress of enforcement proceedings can be obtained within “just three seconds.” Many tried it, but it didn’t work. Praising the portal for its simplicity and functionality, Aristov noted that in real time, any user can find out about the presence of a temporary restriction on leaving, and about all the stages of its removal. And in your personal account, information about the existence of enforcement proceedings and the enforcement measures taken is available.

“MK” decided to find out how long it actually takes to receive online information about the progress of enforcement proceedings. The first step is to log into your personal account. Typing your login and password takes from one to three seconds. Next, you select the “All departments” button and at the bottom of the list you find the inscription “Information on the progress of enforcement proceedings (online).” And then follow the “Start” and “Participant” keys.

Although on the State Services portal in this tab there is an active line “I represent the interests of another person,” in fact it still does not provide the opportunity to request information about the progress of enforcement proceedings to the representative of the claimant or the debtor by power of attorney, since the ability to upload a scanned copy is not provided. Therefore, information today can only be requested by the creditor or the debtor through his Personal Account on the State Services portal.

So, now you have reached the tab where you can submit an application. Next, you click the “Go to application” button, confirm your personal data with the “True” button, enter the enforcement proceedings number and click “Continue”. Here you are asked to clarify who you are within the framework of this proceeding – “Collector” or “Debtor”. And then all the information is revealed to you.

According to debtors, this whole procedure took them from 15 seconds to a minute. But theoretically, if you practice and bring this procedure to automaticity, you can even do it in 5 seconds. However, this requires a lot of effort.

However, as survey results show, only a third of Russians are interested in their debts through State Services. Most, in the old fashioned way, wait for a written mail notification, and only after that they begin to find out the details.

By the way, just the other day one such written notice shocked a resident of Krasnoyarsk. The bailiffs suggested that she, the mother of two children, take a contract to the SVO to pay off the debt. After the divorce, the woman accumulated a debt to the bank – 800 thousand rubles. She took the money to renovate the apartment in which she now lives with her two children, 9 and 13 years old. The woman has neither a military ID nor a medical education, yet in her mailbox she found an envelope with a so-called referral to the military commissariat.
