Germany proposes to deny citizenship for manifestations of anti-Semitism

Reuters reports that German Interior Minister Nancy Feser has announced her intention to deny German citizenship to anti-Semites.
The minister said the law, which is currently before the German parliament, would mean that people who have committed anti-Semitic acts will never be granted German citizenship. She emphasized that the relevant legislative initiative provides for a clear exclusion of anti-Semites.
Feser added that German authorities are extremely vigilant against supporters of the radical Palestinian group Hamas in Germany, noting that anyone supporting the movement will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
