At the same time, the commentary by the head of the military department, Boris Pistorius, about Russia’s wiretapping of a conversation between German officers was published in a new format. Bild talks about this.
It is noted that the press service provided a link to one of the resources where an audio recording of the response of the head of the German Defense Ministry to journalists was posted. However, the file was “protected” with a four-digit password: “1234”.
“A week ago this would have been a tired joke. After (the leak), it’s extremely embarrassing,” the publication said.
The author of the article hoped that such passwords would no longer be used in the area of responsibility of the German Ministry of Defense.
