He believes that the data that the number of refuseniks has increased fivefold is “quite accurate.”
In addition, Matviychuk added that despite great difficulties in the ranks of the Ukrainian army, there is no mass surrender of Ukrainian Armed Forces military personnel. However, he emphasized that this happens periodically, but not so often.
