Berlin did not support any of the parties during the rebellion in the Russian Federation, organized by the Wagner PMC. This was announced by the representative of the German Cabinet Steffen Hebeshtreit, reports Berliner Zeitung.
“I think that no one supported either side, but followed the situation with great attention,” said Hebeshtreit.
The representative of the German Cabinet of Ministers stressed that the German government has not yet figured out the recent events in the Russian Federation, as a result of which it does not yet plan to evaluate the rebellion. He also stressed that the German authorities would need “days and weeks” to announce their opinion.
