The Commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel-General Alexander Syrsky, named the areas where the most fierce battles are taking place. According to him, in addition to Bakhmut, these are also Kremennaya, Belogorovka and some other settlements and environs.
Syrsky said that in fact, along the entire eastern front line, Russia is conducting offensive operations and is trying to break through the defenses.
“The most fierce fighting continues in the areas of Kremennaya, Torskoy, Belogorovka, and Disputed. However, Bakhmut remains the epicenter of hostilities. The fighting for the city continues,” he said, his words are quoted by the Military Media Center.
He also said that the Russian Federation is trying to break through the defenses of Bakhmut in several directions and surround the city.
