General Director of Arsenal Tula Alexander Zotov responded to rumors about his football team’s desire to sign a contract with Lokomotiv-Moscow forward Artem Dzyuba. This is reported by the information portal Sport24.ru.
It is worth recalling that the footballer has already played for Arsenal – this happened in 2018, when he was loaned to the club.
Zotov noted that he heard about these rumors exclusively from the press. He emphasized that the team has completely different tasks – there is no transfer window and no one is moving anywhere from or to the club at this moment in principle. The general director separately noted that they are not busy with Artem’s transfer, but are solving problems as a whole team within the framework of the FNL tournament.
He emphasized that he had an excellent personal relationship with Dziuba and wished him success at Lokomotiv, and also noted that the forward would probably be surprised by this news.
