Gazprom Neft Becomes an Official Partner of the Silk Way Rally Marathon

Gazprom Neft has become an official partner of the Silk Way 2023 international rally. During the marathon, all participants will be fueled by high-tech G-Drive gasolines and advanced diesel fuel G-Drive Diesel, which will be used for the first time in the competition.
The company will provide about 200,000 liters of oil products to provide racing equipment. The rally will be operated by eight fuel trucks and three maintenance crews, as well as two off-road refueling vehicles.
The Silk Road is a unique opportunity to test high-tech motor fuels in extreme racing conditions,” said Yana Belyakova, Head of the Marketing Department of the Gazprom Neft Regional Sales Directorate. According to her, information about the operational properties of products received from the participants is used to further improve the range of fuels, including for retail customers of the gas station network.
The Silk Way Rally Raid is the largest off-road racing event in Eurasia. In 2023, it takes place from 5 to 15 July in 13 regions of Russia. The marathon started in Kazan, will pass through the Urals and will end in Moscow. The length of the route will be about 5.2 thousand kilometers.
