“Wash your hands before eating and after going to the toilet and public places. You don’t need to wash them every 15 minutes,” says Olga Torozova, a gastroenterologist and therapist at the CDC on Presnya. – As for the vaccine, vaccinations are needed to relieve symptoms and avoid further complications, including from rotavirus infection.

If you are eating something and you are not sure about the cleanliness of your hands, do not touch your face with your hands. “If we talk about diet, you need to eat from the second day. It is necessary to exclude sour-milk products for up to several weeks, with the exception of infants. We exclude, of course, spicy, fatty and salty. And you need to include in the diet mucous porridges on the water, low-fat diet soups, from 3-4 days you can add steamed vegetables and meat, jelly and decoctions. But the main thing is the water regime. Drink tea with lemon, fruit drinks, compotes and water: the main thing is that a sufficient amount of liquid enters the body.
