Gasification in the Perm region: everything is done for the people

The additional gasification program is of great interest to Perm residents. It allows you to significantly reduce family gasification costs, and after connecting blue fuel, utility costs.

Opportunities for residents to submit an application are expanding – this can be done not only through the “State Services” and the resource of the Unified Gasification Operator connectgas.ru, at the client centers of Gazprom Gas Distribution Perm JSC, in person or remotely, but also through the multifunctional centers “My Documents”. There is a hotline, and there are mobile application collection points in remote areas. In fact, wherever people turn, they are ready to provide the necessary help.

Perm region, Perm, Central Estate microdistrict

The Khabarov family settled on Zarechnaya Street not so long ago. Here, 4 years ago, the municipality provided a large family with a plot for housing construction. We lined up and began to settle in. But then the question arose about moving in with my parents – the cost of electric heating turned out to be astronomical.

They were the first to submit an application for additional gasification on their street. Without the program, this would hardly have happened: the cost of bringing the pipe to the facade was 114 thousand rubles. And the family saved another 80 thousand on work inside the house. “We submitted an application for additional gasification as soon as we learned about the new program,” recalls Ekaterina Khabarova. “We contacted the mayor’s office, and the city did a great job.” The municipality has an internal agreement with the Gazprom structure; they themselves contacted the gas workers. We weren’t driven anywhere with documents, and there weren’t any difficulties at all. Taking into account our status as a large family, the city also provided us with a subsidy. And we did absolutely everything for free, right down to the connection. We were connected to a double-circuit gas boiler and stove.

I will add that the design solution was not easy. We have a difficult terrain, we had to go through a water barrier – we have a lake there, then make a puncture under the road, go around the lands of the urban forestry. Plus, during the construction of the house, communications were laid, then we completed the fencing of the territory. The specialists took into account everything that was laid out at the zero level and built on the site later; there was not even talk about the fact that going directly to the house was more convenient and cheaper. It is important for us that they did not destroy anything on the site that we had already invested in – we walked along the path and carefully restored everything. Now we have gas heating, in the coldest month we fit in 5 thousand – this is with hot water. Life has become easier. Thanks to the state, the municipality and Gazprom – everything is done for the people.

Perm region, Perm, Visim microdistrict

If the Khabarovs acted through the mayor’s office, the Azin family took a different route – through the regional office of the United Russia party. And it also successfully fit into the additional gasification program.

This family moved to their own house in the Visim microdistrict in 2019. It was heated with an electric boiler – a serious burden on the family budget. Having learned about the additional gasification program, Elena Azina came to an appointment with her deputy. It was necessary to figure out what documents were needed and plan expenses.

At the meeting in the regional public reception of the chairman of the United Russia party, a specialist from the Gazprom Gas Distribution Perm company was present. He answered all questions in detail, explained the procedure and stages of work. And the consultants at the public reception helped collect a package of documents and subsequently maintained contact with the family at all stages. “As soon as we registered the house, we started collecting documents and turned to the gas workers,” says Elena Azina. – But there were problems with documentation that we could not solve for a long time, the deadlines were pushed back… The additional gasification program and the help of the reception desk really helped us speed up the process. The reception specialists called, communicated, and helped with everything. They laid a pipe for us both to the border of the site and along the site completely free of charge. We connected the gas boiler and left the induction hob. And it still turned out to be very profitable.

Recently we received a call from the mayor’s office – they reminded us that, as a large family, we have a gas supply benefit. And we’ve already done everything! So in our case, the additional gasification program worked faster than the benefits for families with many children.

Perm region, Ochersky district, Pavlovsky village

Gas came to the Korablevys’ house in May of this year. For this purpose, the Ochersky section of the Krasnokamsk branch of Gazprom Gas Distribution Perm built a gas consumption network and a low-pressure gas pipeline with a length of 90 meters to the border of the land plot. Well, then the pipe was brought to the facade.

As Ekaterina Korableva said, the provision of gas to houses on their village street developed in different ways.

– One side of our street was gasified at one time, but ours was not. Many supplied gas at their own expense. So we were left without gas in two houses. As soon as the new law appeared and applications for free additional gasification began to be accepted, we submitted an application.

We got it all done quickly. We submitted an application, filled out the documents – they made a project for us, dug it and connected it. Everything took about six months – everything was within the limits of the contract. We connected the boiler and made access to the gas stove; we will install it in July. Before that we had stove heating. It turned out to be expensive – a lot of firewood had to be prepared. Our family is small, but our house is big. We don’t have any benefits, but we did the liner up to the façade for free. And they met the deadline. Now our entire street is gasified.
