Galkin threw Pugachev: there is no room for two in the embrasure

Pugacheva is back, but this is not Pugacheva. We have been deceived.

These deliberate gestures – to kick the car door with your foot, these aggressive phrases – “I want to stuff someone’s face” … And most importantly, she deliberately stopped the car to give comments to reporters. That is to explain! Justify yourself!

And a new video with an inscription on the Ostankino television center, which has been circulating on the Web since Monday morning: “Alla, where is my husband (hereinafter obscenely, like lost).” This is the second public insult. Dirty, derogatory. And… unpunished.

Is this how a prima donna should return from exile? No. So, either there was no exile, or the Prima Donna is no longer the Prima Donna …

How scary it is to leave the country as a man in whose era Brezhnev was a petty political figure, and return as if to another dimension. Where there are equals – those who yesterday were glad to meet somewhere at the top and scatter in compliments, wipe their feet on you, and even in public. Where the yellow press continues to hunt for you, but you are no longer a Red Book exhibit for them, but just prey. And the public that adored you for half a century today looks indifferently at how you are trying to survive. And you suddenly realize in your own skin that that very step from love to hate is not the worst, but a tiny step from love to indifference…

How I wish I could be in her place today! And do not say that, they say, she does not need to sympathize, there are those who are much worse off. That’s exactly what she really needs, because Pugacheva is trapped. This is not the first trap that life has thrown at her, but it seems to be the strongest.

And Alla Borisovna does not know how to behave. And her today’s boorishness is not from a small mind and not even from absolute confidence in her exceptional position, right, infallibility, because greatness and permissiveness are not the same thing. Her, such deliberately cheeky behavior – it is from confusion. Or maybe out of desperation.

Pugacheva returned to build bridges. Correct the situation. She is a prima donna. She wants a royal existence for her family. But the white horse failed, and it was not possible to drive on it …

People close to power openly tell Pugacheva what she must sacrifice in order to regain her status. And even the presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov. He did not just speak out, but, in fact, dotted the “i”, denoting that there were no questions for Alla Borisovna herself: “I have not heard a single (anti-Russian) statement from Pugacheva …” But! “And her husband Galkin made very bad statements, we are clearly not on the same path with him.” Say, decide Alla Borisovna, with whom are you: with the country or with your faithful? An exclusive special offer is still working only for you: the son for the father, that is, the wife for the husband is not responsible.

What about Galkin? Having chosen his own path, he actually left his wife today. To the embrasure. In the hope that she will cover her with herself, that she will have enough scale, strength, intelligence, relationships, and most importantly, the love that Russians feel for her. But it seems that all this can save only one Alla, and not both of them.

Or maybe Alla Borisovna herself volunteered? Understanding that a family is like in that joke about the three heads of a dragon: how to drink, so one, but how to puke, so all together. Therefore, come back, mobilize all your resources, raise all your connections, accumulate all the possibilities and think, think, what should you do? Stand against everyone, organize new “Christmas Meetings”, forcibly forcing the press to change newsworthy events in your favor, answer children’s painful questions “and when is dad …”, and endure, not refute loud headlines about divorce – they say, so be it ! Let the necessary public opinion be created!

Or, with blood, tear off the royal mantle that has already grown into the skin and right along it, without lifting it, throwing off those that are disgusting – for so many years! – stage shoes with huge heels, go barefoot into oblivion …

What does Alla Borisovna have enough strength for?

In all of Pugacheva’s vast creative heritage, there is only one truly tragic song – “When I’m gone.” Remember, “Wish – do not wish, you can not scroll back / A film shot by fate / Only they will fly after me / Melted applause.”

It is unlikely that in 1979, when this song was recorded, then the thirty-year-old was still far from being a Prima Donna, but simply Pugachikha, adored by the people, thought that her stellar career could end not with physical death, but much worse – neglect, infamy and oblivion. And not even through her fault, but – funny to say! – for family reasons.
