“Full-time students of universities with state accreditation, who are not in the reserve, are not subject to conscription with partial mobilization … It’s better to get a certificate from your dean’s office that you are a full-time student, that you study full-time,” the hotline said . “If he is in the reserve, then you will need to go to the military enlistment office and get a certificate from the military enlistment office that he is being released, permission to leave,” they added.
