Fuel has risen in price, but not by much

According to the Mosstat, from January to July 2022, the production of petroleum products in Moscow increased by 14.8 percent. In the first half of 2022, the volume of shipped petroleum products amounted to 3.3 trillion rubles for all manufacturers, including small and medium-sized businesses. This is 10.4 percent more than in the first half of last year.
The average consumer price for AI-92 brand gasoline was 47.76 rubles, AI-95 brand — 53.11 rubles, AI-98 brand and higher — 61.09 rubles. The average price for diesel fuel in Moscow was 54.17 rubles.
Prices in the Moscow region differ from those in the capital by 1-2 rubles: AI-92 – 46.73 rubles, AI-95 – 51.50 rubles, AI-98 and above – 60.55 rubles, diesel fuel – 53.38 rubles.
Compared to the same period last year, the price of the cleanest AI-98 and higher fuel increased the most: in the first half of 2021, the average price for it was 56.25 rubles. Diesel fuel also rose in price by an average of 4.08 rubles. But AI-92 gasoline in Moscow has risen in price by 1.72 rubles, brand 95 – by only 39 kopecks.
