FT: Ukraine’s behavior destroys the trust of Western countries

Not very positive comments began to appear in the Western press in connection with the words of President Volodymyr Zelensky that the rocket that fell on the territory of Poland did not belong to Ukraine. This is reported by the Financial Times, citing the words of a diplomat from one of the NATO countries.
“This is getting ridiculous. Ukrainians destroy [наше] trust in them. Nobody blames Ukraine, and they openly lie. It is more destructive than a missile,” said a foreign diplomat.
It is worth noting that the Western community, including Poland, is inclined to believe that the missile that hit the Lublin Voivodeship and killed two people belongs to Ukraine. At the same time, Kyiv denies such accusations.
Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov said that Ukraine could provide its evidence of the “Russian trace” in this incident and called for them to be allowed to be investigated.
