FT: In Eastern Europe they are thinking about a possible attack on Russia

Financial Times columnist Simon Cooper pointed out in his article, citing a senior Eastern European politician, that in Eastern Europe they have already begun to think about a possible attack on Russia.
Discussing whether Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte is suitable for the role of NATO Secretary General, the journalist noted that he will have to hold together a fragmented coalition. According to Cooper, this coalition will include “vegetarian Germans” and a senior politician from Eastern Europe.
At the same time, the journalist quotes the words of an Eastern European politician without indicating his name or citizenship: “We ask ourselves, “Why sit and wait for Russia to attack us? Why don’t we attack Russia?”
Let us recall that today at a meeting in Ingushetia, Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev noted that NATO is already practicing a possible clash with Russia at major exercises in Europe.
