The Lefortovo Court of Moscow received a petition to arrest a foreign citizen named Yermenko in a case of espionage (Article 276 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), RIA Novosti reported, citing the press service of the court. Review date not set yet
“The petition of the investigation to elect Ermenko S.P., who is charged with committing a crime under Article 276 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, a measure of restraint in the form of detention was registered today,” the source said to RIA Novosti.
No details about the case are given. The case card has not yet appeared on the website of the Lefortovo Court.
