Russian air defense forces (air defense) destroyed four Ukrainian drones in the Bryansk region, there were no casualties or destruction, reported Governor of the region Alexander Bogomaz in his Telegram channel.

Ukrainian UAVs that tried to attack the territory of the region were destroyed over the Starodub municipal district, Bogomaz clarified. Emergency services are working at the scene, and no one was injured as a result of the attempted drone attack, the governor added.

On November 10, Russian air defense forces over the same district destroyed Ukrainian drone. There were no casualties or destruction as a result of the incident. On the same day, the Bryansk region was shelled twice by Ukraine, several houses and a car were damaged, and the power supply was disrupted.

Russia’s border regions are regularly subject to shelling and drone attacks from Ukraine. In the Bryansk, Kursk and Belgorod regions, a high (“yellow”) level of terrorist threat remains in effect indefinitely. Also, from October 19, 2022, by decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin, an average level of response has been established in the regions.
