Four new models of elevators launched into mass production in Moscow

As part of the implementation of import substitution tasks, Moslift launched four new models of elevators into mass production in a short time. According to the deputy mayor of Moscow in the city government Pyotr Biryukov, we are talking about panoramic, medical, light-duty elevators and hoists with traction belts.

“Besides, we have already begun to develop high-speed elevators, the speed of which will reach 2.5 m/s, while the current average rate is 1-1.6 m/s,” he added.

In August-December 2022, over 130 new medical elevators were produced for Moscow healthcare institutions.

They are characterized by high load capacity and increased dimensions, from 1200 to 1400 mm. Cabins are made of high-strength stainless steel. Swing doors were replaced with automatic ones.

“The lifts are equipped with high-precision stopping systems, uninterruptible power supply, low-noise contactors in the control station and door mechanisms, gearless winches, disinfecting UV recirculators,” Biryukov noted.

Designed for shopping centers and office buildings, premium-class panoramic panoramic elevators are equipped with laminated safety glass with anti-vandal characteristics. Smart glass is also used, which allows you to control its transparency at different times of the day and depending on the weather.

Petr Biryukov also said that in the production of low-noise and environmentally friendly elevators on traction belts, reinforced polyurethane belts are used instead of steel ropes.

New small freight elevators with a lifting capacity of up to 250 kg allow you to move goods faster.

He noted that in Moscow more than two thousand Strizh passenger elevators with a carrying capacity of 400-1600 kg, which the Moslift company has been producing since 2018, have already been installed in apartment buildings.
