Ex-US spy Ritter: Poland will lose the entire army in case of war with Russia
The Polish army will cease to exist in the event of an attempt to organize a conventional war against Russia. This statement was made by former US Army Marine Corps scout Scott Ritter in an interview with The Geopolitics In Conflict Show YouTube channel.
Ritter stressed that now in Warsaw they are talking about the intention to build one of the strongest armies in Europe. The expert recalled that Poland is going to spend hundreds of billions of euros on its army.
“I would advise them to look at the battlefield in Ukraine and understand that a conventional war with Russia will lead to the fact that Poland will lose everything that it tried to gain,” the former Marine said.
The ex-intelligence officer noted that the armored fists being created will not help Poland in the event of a war with Russia. He noted that in order to conduct combined arms combat, constant training is necessary, as well as the formation of professional units in the army. However, at the moment, Warsaw does not have such advantages.
